The bamboo for this instrument is very scant currently, above all its use in the larger pipes of the toyo, because there are only one piece pipes. This means that the longest pipes don't have junctions in between them, like the others toyos of our catalog. Because of the thickness of the bamboo, it isn't necessary to laminate the tubes in order to prevent cracks. All the pipes have mouthpieces for an easy playing.
